Ltd. is currently seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Marketing Manager) to join our dynamic team as a part-time or full-time commission-based IT sales representative for local & International clients. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job Role: BDE Marketing Manager, IT Sales Marketing Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager

Job Type: Part Time/Full Time (Remote Work) with flexible hours

Payment: Commission-based

Note: If your performance is satisfactory, you will be hired as a permanent employee on the company’s payroll.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Indian market.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation strategies.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years in the sales industry.
• Experience in the full IT sales cycle, including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Social media marketing experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable to work on commission-based pay structure.
